HomeStreet is a 100 year-old regional bank that we completely rebranded from the ground up. After an extensive research phase, we created everything from the new identity and branch signage to the advertising campaign to brokering their sponsorship as the official bank of the Seahawks and Sounders. HomeStreet, which was built on a strong mortgage business, was relatively invisible as a consumer bank. Awareness was almost zero when we started and it’s more than that now. We love them and if you need a bank, and you are on the west coast, you'll love them too.

We did an extensive research project leading up to this campaign. Throughout the process we kept hearing stories about how this bank and, more importantly, the bankers went out of there way to provide ridiculous customer service. One banker went with a customer to her colonoscopy. One hid a kid from a bunch of bullies in the bank. Story after story. We concluded that there really was No Place Like HomeStreet.
100 Year Anniversary

HomeStreet has been around for 100 years. And they’ve been around that long because of their incredible customer service as stated above. So this spot really paid homage to that and celebrated our 100 year achievement with an original song and complementary dance!
