Slovakian Eats
It’s ironic that Slovakia is right next to Hungary, because when I think of Slovakia, I get hungry. Slovakia is a majestic country with magical people, mountains, caves, river ways and sports cars. And also a cuisine that is very under-appreciated and frankly, misunderstood. It’s literally misunderstood because you can’t actually read the names of their foods.
This is like a Slovakian porridge. Or something
Bryndzové halusky and Bryndzové pirohy and other Bryndza foods are very popular. Chicken and pork are mainstays and one favorite soup is sauerkraut soup. If that doesn’t sound amazing, blood sausage is another favorite. Look, Slovakia gets it. And if you get to Slovakia, look up Jorgen and tell him we sent you. He’ll hook you up. Also, if you are starving and unsure of anything there’s always a McDonalds, KFC or Subway in Slovakia too. Google it.
